We are happy to now offer free shipping on all UK orders from Van Journey.  Please select the ‘Free Shipping’ option at checkout.​

PLEASE NOTE : We are a very small business.  We shall always use the best method for delivering your items to you and get them to you safely, as quickly as possible.

Our location at the time of purchase, is a contributing factor.

When we recieve your order, we sit down and write you a handwritten thank you note and lovingly gift wrap your piece and then package it up safely for its journey to you.  We then set off to the nearest Post Office or parcel drop off shop, to where we are parked, or can access and away it goes!

Items Returned to sender – If your order is returned to us via Royal Mail because delivery failed through no fault on our part, for example due to an incorrect address provided or that the parcel was not collected after a card was left by the delivery provider, then the parcel will need to be posted again at your expense, otherwise we will cancel the order. We will contact you if this is the case.

Gift Wrapping

Our gift wrapping is crafted lovingly, by our very own hands and included as standard.

Made To Order Pieces

Any special requests or made to order pieces, will naturally take longer.  Once the order is with us, it will be added to our makes list and is made in the order they are received. It usually takes a few days to a week to make and dispatch a piece, depending on the amount of work that goes into it. In busy times and rare occasions where we need to source something for your order, this can take up to two weeks, but never longer than that.
